While we are only contracted with Delta Dental Premiere at this time, we will estimate your dental benefit coverage with all other companies and file your claims for you. Our goal is to maximize your benefits, without compromising your dental care.
Payment for all services is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, debit or credit, or personal checks. For our patients with no dental benefits, we offer a 5% discount when services are paid in full with cash. This discount is 10% for our patients 65 and older.
Please keep in mind that your dental benefit policy is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company. We are NOT a party to that contract. Our relationship is with you, not your benefit company, and it is your responsibility to know and understand your own benefits.
All charges are your responsibility, whether your dental benefit company pays or not. Not all services are covered by benefits in all contracts. Some dental benefit companies select certain services they will not cover, and the reasonable and customary fee limits are not all the same among companies.
We require you to pay any balance your benefit company has not covered within 30 days.
For all major restorative work that involves a lab fee, your portion is due on the date of service.
We understand that temporary financial problems may affect timely payment of your balance. We encourage you to communicate freely with us so that one of our insurance coordinators can assist you with your account. We also offer Care Credit to help alleviate financial burdens.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you and your dental needs. We understand that emergencies and illnesses happen. However, if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, a $50 missed appointment charge will be added to your account balance.
